These terms govern use of the ORM website. Commercial manufacturing obligations arise from accepted quotations, purchase orders, contracts or other written agreements — not from website copy alone.

Website operators
This website represents ORM USA, LLC and ORM Global Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. (“ORM”).
Informational content
Website descriptions of capabilities, equipment families, processes, materials, tolerances, capacity and industries are general information. Actual manufacturability, tolerance capability, capacity, lead time, pricing, certification scope and production route are determined for each specific program during quotation and technical review.
No automatic acceptance
Submitting an RFQ, drawing, sample or other inquiry does not obligate ORM to quote, accept work, reserve capacity or enter into a contract. A commercial relationship is created only through mutually accepted written terms such as a quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or other contract.
Technical information submitted by users
You represent that you are authorized to provide the drawings, CAD files, specifications, samples and other information you submit to ORM. You retain ownership of your information subject to any separate written agreement. Submission permits ORM to use the information as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote and, if authorized, execute the relevant manufacturing program.
Intellectual property
ORM website content, branding, original text, graphics, designs and proprietary materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Customer intellectual property remains subject to the applicable NDA, purchase order, development agreement or other written terms.
Third-party references
References to machine manufacturers, standards, materials or third-party technologies are descriptive. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership of every referenced machine, or certification by a third party unless explicitly stated and documented.
Quality and certification statements
Current certificates are controlling. Any certification, approval or regulated-process requirement must be confirmed for the specific facility and scope performing the work. ORM does not rely on website text as a substitute for an actual certificate or customer approval.
Website availability
ORM may change, suspend or remove website content and features at any time. While we aim to keep information accurate and systems available, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Limitation of website reliance
Engineering, purchasing and production decisions should be based on the applicable drawing, specification, quotation, approved sample and written contract documents. Website content is not a substitute for program-specific engineering review.
Governing documents
If these website terms conflict with an executed NDA, quotation, purchase order, supply agreement or other signed contract, the applicable executed commercial document controls for that transaction.
